I tested it extensively with multiple alcohol burners, and I will have it out on the trail this weekend. It works very well with the Lixada, and Solo Stove, alcohol burners. Spend a little time and alcohol to figure out which height setting works best with your burner. The height can have a pretty big effect on boil times.

This alcohol stove reminds me of my SVEA. I have mostly switched to alcohol and this is my new go to camp stove. The jets heat quicker than other stoves and seems to be more efficient. It will burn quite long on a fill. Only caveat I see is that the large reservoir might be spilled creating a hazard. Out of the many stoves I have this is my premier choice to take on camping trips!!
